- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called and asked if they are accepting new patients, I was told yes. When I said I had no insurance and would pay cash, the RUDE secretary told me "no, sorry we don't accept self pay because surgery is very expensive" I tried to explain that I was able to pay cash, but she wanted nothing to do with me. Sounds like someone needs a little customer service training, I'd be more than happy to teach it!
