- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have never written an online review before but feel compelled to share my experience. This is one of the worst ordeals I have ever had to endure. Staff was friendly and Julie the hygienist was awesome. Was kind of disappointed that the Dr Soule didn’t at least come in the room and say hello on two of my visits with Julie. Seemed like that would add more of a professional touch. Now to the unacceptable part. Billing. Be prepared to have additional charges mailed to you. In my opinion, a customer should know exactly what the cost of their services will be. When I called, I was told that it was “an insurance thing” and I owed them additional monies. When I challenged this surprise, the pleasantness of the Billing Department ceased. I won’t go any further with details except to state that I will never have any affiliation with this organization again. It was admitted that they play the “insurance game”.
