  UPDATE - after asking me to email them, which I did 3 times, no one has responded. It seems their response was insincere, just for show. Called first to ask if they could treat the dizziness I had for over 12 hours and was told they could. After the doctor minimizing and borderline ridiculing me to the point of saying I was making a big deal, I was given a diagnosis of vertigo, told to continue the otc meds I was already taking and see a doctor for tests. That's what a $100 copay gets you. Buyer beware they don't do tests or bloodwork and can't even prescribe simple blood pressure meds. I feel ripped off.

  I went Saturday I got thee at 740pm. When i realized they closed at 8pm I asked the receptionist if it was ok. ahe was like sure but the doctor is slow so it may be 45 minutes to an hour. Only to be called back in 5 minutes. they did xrays just to say they did something the Doctor looked at my hand and said I need to go to the ER. When i left the room to leave everyone had their purse leaving behind me. First I asked my daughter was prepared to drive me to Sanford. Being a RN i waited another day finally went to the ER. was in and ouf in 15 minutes got a splint a shot of decadron and toradol. no need for xrays the MD knew right away what its was. I try not to use the ER unless its emergent. I was shocked on the rush job, and the lack of care displayed by staff. But they made sure they collected the copay. Thaf copay could have gone towards the ER.
