  I will never go here again either. When I got to the office at 12:50pm for my 1pm appointment, I waited till almost 1:30pm before they put me in a room and then Doctor Shah, finally visited with me at 1:48pm. They literally let 4people go in front of me and then the lady at the front desk says she is sorry that she thought I left. She never called my name. Long story short, they billed me 170$ for not being able to resolve my issue. I resolved the issue by figuring out that Aspertame was causing my throat an allergic reaction. That made me feel like I didn't owe them anything but I called back and offered them half of 170$. They wouldn't take it. Then they sent me to collections. So I called them back again and said you never sent me a final notice and that I had planned on making payments, they told me once its in collections their hands were tied. Being from a customer service background, I loathe when people say that they can't. This is the second time I have called offering a portion of the payment and was turned away. So I said either you take my payment here or you get nothing. Funny how that she ended taking a payment that she couldn't take. So that was a lie. Good luck with this dump if you go there. I wouldn't set foot in that office again if you paid me.
